New account:  Thank you for your interest!♥ I´m sorry for burning your eyes! @_@ This is Rhaim Sonderlandt, an unplayed rpg character (the story of my roleplaying life) From the Thorns Uprising rpg Rhaim's a Wick Artist with Mugrobi ancestry. Hence his dark skin and my effort to give him a somewhat ethnic look together with the random other worldliness. (of course I love a bit of a dark skin, which should be completely obvious by now) Another obvious thing is that this is a colour experiment...I...went a bit overboard with, BUT...I actually like it. At least it´s...distinctive...right?!  I did not boost saturation or contrast with editing. I actually painted it this bright. He came out somewhat like he's supposed to look, but my paintings always deviate grotesquely from my intent. Either way, I'm stickin' with it. I may fix his eyes later. I just didn't have enough time and I didn't want this want to end up scrapped like a gazillion of my other paintings that I don't think are good enough to show. |

Yes I know exactly what you mean...I sometimes fixate a bit too much on the 'glow' It's addictive!
I like high-sat more than I want to admit...
I'm very fond of his eyes too though I want to fix a few little things. I build the entire picture around his cobalt eyes haha ^^

Ik probeer er hard aan te denken dat perfectie niet wenselijk is, en het gaat steeds wat beter ^^
